Body formed from extruded CPVC (chlorinated PVC) or UPVC (rigid PVC) sheet and pipe. All wetted surfaces are plastic and resistant to acids, alkalis, salts and many strong oxidisers; CPVC tolerates higher temperatures than UPVC.
Shell, heads and all internals are CPVC/UPVC — no metal in contact with the medium, so acid and alkali storage brings neither metal corrosion nor secondary contamination.
Volume, diameter, overall length, head type, manway size, number and position of connections and support style are all set by your process, not by a catalogue.
Each unit is pressure-tested to its design duty, with welds and bonded joints specifically inspected; test records accompany the shipment, and any leak found is repaired before dispatch so what arrives is a passing unit.
Custom items are scheduled per order with no stock kept. Once the drawing or scheme version is confirmed at order stage, all subsequent communication and inspection are made against that version.
